General Shipping Information

- We only ship to UK addresses. Any orders place outside of the UK will be cancelled.
- We do combined postage. Postage for 1st item is £2.99 and each additional item postage is £0.49. Delivery times is around 2-3 working days. If you buy 20 or more items, you get a Free upgrade to Next Day Delivery, postage & packaging cost is £12.00
- We welcome local pick up, please make appointments before your arrival.
- All damages must be reported within 7 days.
- Deliveries are normally made between Monday and Friday.
- Somebody will need to sign for your delivery unless you specify special delivery instructions in advance.

Cut-off times for dispatch (Guideline only - A5 Products cannot guarantee these times).
Monday - Thursday: Order by 1pm for same day dispatch
Friday: Order by 11.30am for same day dispatch
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday: Orders will be processed and dispatched on next working day.

Every effort will be made to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after your order is placed and payment has been cleared. However, A5 Products will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Return & Cancellation Policy

A5 Products online store aims to provide the highest level of service to its customers, we accept returns when the item is damaged or faulty. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods for either a replacement unit or a full refund. Damaged/ faulty items must be received by us before replacement is dispatched or refund is issued.

You have the right to cancel the orders at any time up to the end of 7 days after you receive the goods or collect the goods from us, providing the goods have not been fitted or modified in any way and providing they are returned with the original packaging and providing the goods are in a resalable condition.

A5 Products also accepts returns if you change your mind, or you do not like it or it does not match your house etc, you can send it back or take it back for a exchange or refund of the item price (P & P paid for not included). We must receive the unwanted goods before dispatching a replacement. Returns must be received by A5 Products within 14 days of you receiving the goods. After the 14 days period any returns will be subject to a handling fee of 30%. All returns must be received within 60 days of you receiving the goods. Any returns beyond the 60 days period are not accepted.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost. Buyers must ensure that we receive the item boxed and in the condition it was received in. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Please Download and fill the Return Request Form and send it back with the unwanted goods to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

A5 Products is always happy and ready to offer refunds or replacements to customers who is not 100% satisfied. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the orders, we will refund or credit you within 14 days of receiving your returns for any sum that has been paid by you. Please contact us if you have not received email regarding your refund after you sent your items back. We will try our best to assist.
