It is not possible to guarantee the accuracy of colours shown. No responsibility can be made for different colour settings on individual monitors. Hand made rugs can differ in size. If size is critical then you should phone before ordering. Pile height is the overall height of the rug from the floor.
Some rugs/carpets can be purchased with or without a fringe. If you have a preference it is your responsibility to make sure you have ordered your preferred choice.
Making A Purchase
Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. For payments you can use our secure server or we can process your details over the phone
You will receive an order confirmation within minutes of placing your order. It is your responsibility to check this for accuracy. If the goods are out of stock then we will not process your order until we have confirmed with you stock availability and delivery date. If the goods are no longer stocked that we shall not be liable to find suitable replacements we will simply cancel your order and not charge your credit card or other method of payment.
It is our intention to process all orders immediately and if received before 12pm the goods will be shipped same day for deliver to you the next working day.
We endeavour to display correct pricing and description at all times, A2Z Rug reserves the right to refuse the sale of mis-described or mis-priced products. 'This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer'. If you are making a purchase using an Independent Inspections Insurance Mandate, these can only be made in store, and can only be used against purchases of Full Priced items.
We provide 14 days hassle-free returns
We aim to provide an excellent level of customer service. We will accept the return of any rug that the customer wishes to return due to personal reasons within the UK mainland.We will deliver a full refund within 14 days less out-going and return shipping costs. Before we accept the return of any item the customer must email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and receive authorization for the return. All return applications must be made within 14 days of the customer receiving the rug.
We do not accept any returns of rugs that we believe have been used in the 14 days.
How does the returns process work?
If you wish to return an item please put the following in the email. The rug ID number or the Order number (both of which you would have received on the confirmation email), and the reason for your return, and when you are going to be at the delivery address within the next 5 working days. We will respond to this email as quickly as possible, and include a pick-up date with our courier network to retrieve the rug from your premises on one of the days that you have highlighted.
20.0% VAT is included in all prices shown on the website.
