· Final sale prices are non negotiable.
· Purchases are not processed until payment is received in full!
· Please allow up to 7 – 10 days for delivery (even items sent via a next day service) and we do not guarantee same day dispatch or next day delivery via any postage method BUT if you do require an item next day please contact us and we will see what we can do.
· All items in our eBay shop are for sale in store etc. We aim to remove items from our eBay shop that have been sold elsewhere, in the unfortunate event that an item you require is out of stock and cannot be restocked within 10 days we will contact you via e-mail and inform you of the approx re-stocking time.*
· *If we cannot fulfil an order/purchase within 30 days of payment due to it being sold elsewhere and it not being available from our supplier(s) we will give a full refund - no quibble!
· A1-RC takes no responsibility for any loss or damage with any postage service chosen by the buyer, We do obtain proof of postage
· In the unfortunate event that your item(s) are lost in the mail via 1st Class or 1st Class Recorded methods we can only compensate you from the amount we receive from Royal Mail excluding original P&P cost (usually a maximum of 10x cost of a 1st Class stamp but please see Royal Mail’s web site for latest info)
· If the item is over the value of £40.00 we offer the choice of Royal Mail Special Delivery method, which is fully insured with a maximum compensation of up to £500.00.
· A1-RC takes no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage caused by any of the products we sell!
· Items that are wrongly purchased through customer error can be cancelled/returned to us within 30 days of purchase BUT must be unopened and unused. Please note the cost of P&P will not be refunded if item(s) were dispatched from us!
· If a buyer experiences any faulty product(s) they must notify us first and we will inform them of the returns procedure for that product, (most faulty products will need sending directly to the appropriate UK supplier).
· A1-RC will only send aerosols/fuel to locations within the UK mainland! If aerosols/fuel are purchased by a buyer located outside the UK mainland they must collect or arrange delivery themselves!
· Feedback will only be left once the buyer has left feedback to confirm that the item(s) have been received and are satisfactory.
