We are unable to despatch goods to a delivery address which is different to that of the customers billing address (confirmed paypal address).
Currently we have no capacity to ship to UK Islands, Ireland (north or South) or Europe and for the more "remote" parts of the UK, for example, Highlands of Scotland, Central Wales or Cornwall, a delivery surcharge of up to £60 may also be applicable. If you have any doubts regarding our shipping terms, please email us with your post code before finalising your purchase.
Because these items are heavy we also employ a specialised courier service. To facilitate this process and to arrange a time that is most suitable for you our courier will always ring you prior to delivery. For this reason we also ask you to provide a contact telephone number on completion of your purchase.
At present, our courier is also very busy so please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
On delivery, all goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over. We shall make all effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstance beyond our control. We shall therefore be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Failure to be present yourself, or have a suitable representative at your place of delivery will result in a redelivery charge equal to that of your original delivery charge.
Please Note: A small fee may apply to customer collections, Customers wishing to collect their item from our premesis must have already paid the balance for their item via eBay / PayPal. The collection fee is payable by cash or credit / debit card on collection of your item.
Please could you give us prior notification of the date/time you would like to collect your goods as we are able to have these ready in our collection bay. We would prefer paypal payments to be taken prior to the collection as it allows us to insure that all the paper work is done is advance and therefore doesn't cause any delays upon collection. If you wish to collect your order in person you must bring with you 2 forms of identification (utility bill and driving licence or passport). We cannot accept third party collections as the client has to provide 2 forms of Id.

We will not be liable for the expsnse of returning an item to us. Unfortunately our products with are not supplied with a warranty, this does not affect your statutory rights.
