If you purchase a product that requires personalisation please bear in mind that until these details have been received your order cannot be processed.
The listing will clearly state the personalisation requirements and if you are unsure, or the listing is not clear, please e-mail us as soon as possible after your purchase to let us know that you require assistance.
Unfortunately Ebay does not provide us with the tools to request the personalisation details at the checkout process so please remember to include your details in the 'add note to seller' section on paypal or alternatively you can email us at:
The details that you provide are 'copied and pasted' into our system so please double check your personalisation as how it appears will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation.
Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this.
Please note that due to the personalisation/made to order nature of this product
- dispatch can be up to 10 days
(this may vary at peak times such as Christmas)
(Cards are normally dispatched within 2 days but this can not be guaranteed)

If you need to return an item as unsuitable, please notify us by e-mail immediately on receipt of the item and send the item back within 14 days of receipt.
Sender pays postage return costs.
Items cannot be returned if they have been opened, used or returned in an otherwise unsatisfactory condition.
NB: Personalised items can not be returned as they are made especially for you!
