Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products by you from a_shop4baby via our eBay site and you should read them carefully. These terms may vary from time to time and you should check them before making new purchases.

MISSED DELIVERY

If you miss delivery of your order you must respond to the card left by the couriers. If this is ignored the courier will re attempt delivery the next working day. If this re delivery is again unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the couriers’ depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to a_shop4baby. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for re delivery charges.

Please note couriers re delivery charges are £9.99 per box

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party then a_shop4baby cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

CONDITIONS OF USE

a_shop4baby may revise these terms and conditions at anytime. Customers should check these terms and conditions periodically. Entering the eBay site will constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions, including recent changes, whether or not you chose to review these changes

CANCELLATION

You have 7 days from receipt of payment to cancel your order, however, you will be refunded minus any fees such as paypal or eBay fees we have incurred. For items that have been dispatched and then cancelled, you, the customer will be responsible for all postage costs.

RETURNS

Items will only be refunded if unused and in the original packaging, with all original seals in tact.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

In the event of none delivery of any items, we reserve the right to refund the product cost back to the customer.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All Items purchased from a_shop4baby come with a 6 months manufacturing warranty.

We will repair or replace any products that display a manufacturing defect within the time limit of its warranty.

It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure any faulty products are bought to the attention of the a_shop4baby as soon as it has been identified.

Please note, accidental damage or damage through misuse are not covered by the warranty and will result in a charge for the repair, and carriage for the item. Charges will vary depending on the fault, but a minimum £25.00 charged will be levied for the carriage only.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

SPECIFICATION, WEIGHTS AND SIZES

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate.

COLOURS

Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic devices. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault. Wood is a natural products and the grain or shade will vary from piece to piece.

SHIPPING

We dispatch all items via Courier or Royal Mail. Cut off time for orders is 11.30 am and all orders following this time will be placed on the next days picking list. We only dispatch to mainland UK. For information to Highlands please email. Postage to Northern Ireland is an extra £15.
