Customer Satisfaction Policy
A.I. Marketing strives to maintain a level of customer satisfaction that goes above and beyond great prices and efficient shipping and handling. If for any reason a transaction does not qualify in this manner A.I. Marketing will pursue as many avenues as necessary to come to a reasonable solution. Some of the options we provide for our customers are outlined below.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
Returns:
Returns are on a case by case basis and only accepted with approved Seller/Buyer communication. Returns are limited to manufacture defects resulting in the limit of proper functionality of a given purchased item. Items are guaranteed to be in listed description at the time of sale and shipping. Manufacture defects are defined as any impurities in the design of an item that renders it un-equal to the manufacture's description of that item's appearance or function. In such cases we may refer you to any product warranty offered by the manufacture or assist in the process of manufacture replacement. If those options are not available we will then discuss with the buyer other options, including but not limited to, product replacement from our inventory or purchase price refunds.
Refunds:
Refunds must be approved by the seller. Refunds will only be given once the item in question has been returned. A final assessment of the item's condition will be rendered to ensure defects were not the result of improper use or customer mistreatment. Once all evaluations are complete, refunds will be given through the same means of purchase.
Exchanges:
Exchanges may be offered in the event an item is not as described or a defective product has no manufacture guarantee. Because we are a surplus seller many items are one time only offerings and an exchange may not be available.
Shipping Damage
We at A.I. Marketing understand that once an item leaves our facility it is beyond our ability to ensure its safe and un-damaged arrival. However, through quality packing and the use of reputable shippers we will strive to minimalize this from happening. In the unfortunant event that a shipping damage claim happens, A.I. Marketing will make every effort to work with the shippers on your behalf to resolve the issue.
Feedback Policy
A.I. Marketing always shows the maximum level of appreciation for our customers. Once an item has been paid for an item we believe our customer's obligations have been met. We leave feedback within 24 to 48 hours upon payment received. All we ask in return is that once your item is received that you return to A.I. Marketing and give us your feedback on the quality of service we provide. If time allows please fill out the Detailed Seller Rating. The higher quality ratings we receive result in our ability to to provide less costly services which translate to better prices for you. |
