We want to make your shopping experience a good one. We try our best to get things right all the time. Where we get things wrong, we will ensure you are treated fairly and promptly. We ask that the item is returned within 14 days from receipt, and the barcode tags are in place. If you decide that an item is not for you then you may return it back to us in 2 easy steps:
STEP ONE:
Fill in the returns form that was included in your parcel. If you have lost the form, then download it from our hosting site by clicking the image below. Note you do not need to message us regarding a return, all the information we need is on the form.
STEP TWO:
Post the package back, with the original packaging and the barcode tag in place. If you remove the barcode tag, we will not under any circumstances refund the item.
Please Note:
- From 1st October, all items will be barcoded with a red security tag. When you receive the item, check it over and try on for size. Once you are 100% happy, then remove the tag with a pair of sissors. Under no circumstances will we refund an item that has had the security tag removed.
- We recommend that you post via a signed for delivery service, as we cannot be liable for items lost in the post.
- Items maybe worn to try on for size, but must not be taken outside your home. Any damage to the item will invalidate your refund.
- Any items that have strong smells, such as aftershave etc will be dry cleaned, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
