| A:You can find the shipping date and delivery confirmation information in your "My eBay". Click the "Won" link on the left side of the page, locate the item in the list.
From the Take action pull-down menu, choose "View order details." you can find the delivery confirmation number and shipping date under the Shipping & handling heading. |
| Q:Tracking shows my package as being delivered but I never got it. |

| A:First thing you will is ask your family, roommates or anybody that lives at you address if they picked the package for you. Than as soon as possible you should contact you local Post Office, they can sometimes work with the carrier that delivered your package to find out where it was delivered. Make sure to record the name of the Postal rep. |
