A:We dispatch all orders to Royal Mail for delivery same day or next working day as the latest. Please make sure that we are aware of your chosen colours or sizes where available. Usually Royal Mail 2nd class delivery service takes 2-4 working days. Please be advise that delivery time may vary and it's all up to Royal Mail.

A:We constantly work to reduce the environmental cost of doing business. Wherever practical we minimize the packaging used on our products. We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible. Our post is collected by our couriers reducing the need to transport it to a Post Office.

A:Many of our items won't fit through a standard letterbox.If you are out when the courier tries to deliver he or she will normally leave a card asking you to pick up your item or arrange for redelivery.We are aware that not all postmen do this and so its worth checking with your sorting office or neighbors before contacting us.Postmen sometimes leave items in outhouses too. All our items have return address details on them and if your parcel is returned to us we will contact you to arrange redelivery. It's very rare to lose parcels altogether. The Royal Mail remains easily one of the best postal services in the world and we are constantly surprised how efficient they are.
Q:When do I consider my parcel lost?
A:According to Royal Mail's policy the parcel is consider lost after 15 WORKING days from the day of posting. Between this time it's claimed to be still in transit. If you still haven't received your order after 15 working days please let us know and we'll refund your payment and report your parcel lost/stolen to Royal Mail.You can also complain about lost/stolen items or delivery time directly to Royal Mail on Royal Mail customer service
