Q: I did not receive application instructions with my order
A: The instructions to apply and make transfers with products you purchase from us can be found on our website. The address in on the top right hand side of your invoice that you received with your items.
Q: Do you accept echeque's?
A: Yes , we happily accept payment via Echeque Personal Cheque's Postal orders and of course PayPal.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes ,we do combine shipping costs.If you are only purchasing transfers and/or rhinestones then the highest postage cost you will pay is £1 !! Other heavier items do cost a little more but we will be happy to combine postage when other items are purchased with heavier items.
Q: How do i receive combined shipping costs?
A: Once you have finished placing your order, request the total amount from us BEFORE you pay.PLEASE NOTE: Any items purchased and paid for seperately will be treated as seperate orders and may be received on different days.
Q: Do you make custom order Designs /T Shirts / Logo's / Text ?
A: Yes, We are happy to make your own design or any design upon request please email us with your ideas for a quote. If you decide to go ahead with a personal order it will be listed on ebay for you and we will send you the item number for your personal order.
Q: How long does it take for custom orders?
A: It will really depend on the size of your order and on how fast you provide us with the details we need to complete your order. We aim to send custom orders within 2-3 working days PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders (includes Mrs X items and names ect) may take up to 7 days to dispatch during busy periods If you need your item faster please contact us
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we are happy to ship worldwide please contact us for a shipping quote for your country.
Q: Has my order been dispatched ?
A: We send a dispatch notice via email when we ship your items. This will go to you email address you have registered with eBay and my end up in your junk/spam folder.
Q: I would like the transfer larger/smaller than listed can you do this?
A: Yes, just contact us for a quote for the size you would like.
Q: Are these transfers suitable for baby clothes/items ?
A: As the individual stones are quite small and could cause a choking hazard we would not recommend these to be used for children under 3.
