 | A: This will depend on the service you have chosen. We have listed examples below.
Royal Mail Recorded: 5-15 working days.
Courier: 5-10 working days.
This includes Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and all other islands and European countries which we currently ship to. |
 | Q: Are the items I have purchased new ? |

 | A: Yes, all the products supplied are direct from the main dealer and are new. We do not sell second hand or refurbished goods. |
 | Q: What warranty comes with my order ? |

 | A: Shop items are supplied with 12 months warranty from date of your invoice, with the exception of consumable shelf life and perishable items. We have listed some of them. All chemicals, Gas, hoses, abrasives and general fluids. |
 | Q: I want to return unwanted items |

 | A: We offer a 7 day returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund your order (less a re-stocking fee) provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 10 days from date if your invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods. |
 | Q: Who is responsible for returning unwanted goods ? |

 | A: You must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item/s purchased. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post. We advise you take out postal insurance.  | A: You have 48 hours to notify us of damaged items. We will endeavor to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid / buying amount at our discretion. All returns must be in their original packaging.

 | A: We offer a competitive combined postage charge. Please contact us on 01633 676800 Monday to Friday from 10am-12pm & 2pm-5pm. This makes it easier, and you get a faster responce. Combined postage is offered on 90% of our product, However their are a few item that are fixed postage due to the volume metric weight or heavy load. |

 | A: We prefer to dispatch our orders. Due to the high volume of orders dealt with on a daily basis, it is very difficult to stop and process collection orders. It is a costly process, and that is why a collection charge has been placed on our items. |
