To comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which applies to items sold at fixed price only we offer an exchange or refund. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order, of your intention to return the item(s).
Items must be returned within 14 days unused, unworn and in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. Original tags must still be attached and in original manufacturers wrapping if this applies. Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange items of an intimate nature. This includes briefs, bra sets that include briefs, thongs, bodysuits and swimwear. Items bought under auction do not qualify for an exchange or refund under the Distance Selling Regulations, this only applies to fixed price items.
