| Q:Are you an actual STORE or RETAIL DEALER? |

| A:No. I am a professional musician, writer and student who is currently making some extra money by selling everything superfluous from my own accumulated personal possessions. I therefore have limited, but very specific inventory. |
| Q:How can I SEARCH YOUR INVENTORY to find items? |
|
| A:You may search by categories and sub-categories within my eBay Store, or in the case of books, cds, dvds and vhs, by subject, title, author, or isbn/upc bar code. I have attempted to list all items as clearly as possible. My own store categories have been modeled after those used by eBay in my own successful Half.com online store. |
| Q:What are the different CONDITIONS of an item from best to worst? |

| A:Items are listed as New, Used:Like New, Used:Very Good, Used:Good, and Used:Acceptable. If an item is unique or special (autographed, etc.), the condition will be listed as Collectible. In the case of any cards, comics, coins, stamps, etc. posted in my store, I have adhered to the grading conventions of the hobby in question. |
| Q:Why do many of your item’s pictures say STOCK PICTURE? |
|
| A:These pictures are automatically filled in by eBay, from a brand new copy of the book, cd, dvd, vhs, etc., and may not be the actual cover art on the item you purchase. All content WILL match the isbn or upc, except where noted. If you are looking for a particular cover art, contact me. For items >$10, I will email you a picture of the exact item. |
| Q:Is my item IN STOCK? |

| A:Because these are all my own personal possessions that I am liquidating, everything in “in stock” and currently being stored in safe, climate controlled surroundings in a spare room in my apartment. |
| Q:How do you come up with YOUR PRICE? |
|
| A:For books, cds, dvds, vhs, etc. that are still in print, I calculate my prices based on my parallel Half.com inventory and the listing methods inherent to that website. Many of my EBay store items are overflow from my Half.com inventory, which I am offering to you at a lower price than the minimum on Half.com, yet with comparable shipping costs. |
| Q:If I DON’T WANT TO PAY YOUR FIXED ASKING PRICE but I still want the item, what can I do? |

| A:Try clicking the “Make Offer” button available in some item descriptions. Instead of paying my price, you can choose to offer a lower price instead. For items over $3, I may accept your “reasonable” lower offer. Most items over $25 are "negotiable." Any necessary adjustments will be made to facilitate the new price. |
| Q:Why BUY-IT-NOW, as opposed to regular eBay auctions? |

| A:Many of my fixed price eBay Store items are actually priced significantly below the average winning bids of comparable eBay auctions, thereby allowing you to acquire the items quickly and painlessly without having to bite your nails and wait for any week-long auctions to close! In other words, BUY-IT-NOW -- for speed and for a lower overall price! |
| Q:What PAYMENT METHODS do you accept? |

| A:FOR THE MOMENT, I AM ACCEPTING ONLY PAYPAL, and only FROM DOMESTIC (US) BUYERS. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction's end. If for some reason you do not have a credit card and cannot pay by PalPal, please email me. I may be willing to make an exception for you. Accepted payment methods will expand to other forms in 2007. |

| A:At the moment, NO. ONLY US DOMESTIC BUYERS, please. This policy will change in 2007. |

| A:ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS of my original notification of your purchase. I ship quickly via USPS Media Mail or Priority Mail -- and I visit my local post office at least twice a week! |
| Q:Is there a SHIPPING DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS? |

| A:Shipping costs are based on the weight of each individual item listed. All shipping fees include a small handling charge to cover packaging supplies. If you buy 2 or more items at the same time, I will refund to your Paypal account a shipping discount of $2.00 per each additional item, pending an email from you requesting your discount. |

| Q:HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE? |

| A:USPS Media Mail usually takes 7-10 business days, though occasionally up to 4 weeks in my own experience as a buyer. Priority Mail will get to you in under a week, and occasionally in 2 days.
I am not responsible for USPS delivery timeframes after I drop off your item at my local post office. I will, however, try to help you track your package. |
