Please contact us via eBay Messages with any concerns about broken or defective merchandise before opening an eBay case or leaving feedback! We strive to solve all issues that are communicated.

We have a generous return policy. We accept any unopened merchandise as a return up to 30 days after you have won your item(s). No questions asked. The buyer must pay for shipping back to 5stardeal. Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the product cost of the returned item. Simply follow the easy return instructions on your invoice in the box or send us an e-bay message requesting return information.
