These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Direct4x4 Manufacturing Ltd (Company No. 3472240) Unit 39, Chequers Lane, Derby. DE21 6AW, to the customer named on the order form.
We accept credit card and debit card payments. You can pay on E-Bay using paypal. You can also order over the phone (01332 601016). We accept cheques, postal orders and bank transfers.
If you wish to send a cheque or postal order, please send to our postal address (above). If paying by cheque, please allow 7 working days from when the cheque is paid in for clearance. Goods will only be sent out for cleared funds.
We take great pride in our products and have thousands of satisfied customers. If you are not totally satisfied with your product though, you need to notify us within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods. You will then need to send them back to us for a full refund.
The product has to be in a saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair of any goods returned scratched, knocked, battered etc.
You must take care of goods whilst they are in your possession and, if you are returning them, you should take reasonable care to ensure that Direct4x4 receives them and that they are not damaged in transit. If the goods are not adequately packaged, are incorrectly addressed or do not carry the correct postage, and become damaged as a result, Direct4x4 may have a claim against you. For this reason all items returned must be repackaged in a comparable way that they were delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you insure the return delivery.
The customer has to pay for all return delivery costs.
We do not refund the return delivery cost.
The customer must inform us via email or post of any returns within 7 working days of receipt. Otherwise no refund will be given.
This policy does not apply to personalised items (printed wheel covers, painted wheel covers and transfers).

Direct 4x4 Manufacturing Ltd wants you to be delighted with everything you buy from us. If you find any problems with an item you have purchases please let us know as soon as you can. The earlier we are made aware of a possible problem, the easier it is likely to be for us to investigate the matter. If it is discovered that Direct4x4 have supplied an item that is not as described, of a less than satisfactory quality or not fit for its purpose we will of course provide you with a suitable solution to the problem.
Please check your goods upon receipt; we need you to notify us of any damages as soon as possible.
