3Monkeys are always committed to providing quality products but we also know that from for many different reasons a return or exchange of an item may be required.
Unwanted Purchase / Change of Mind
- Please contact our customer service team via the returns resolution centre within eBay. You must contact us within 7 days after receipt of the item to advice you wish to return and cancel the order.
- Returned items must be in there original packaging and be complete of all supplied accessories
- The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance
- Upon reciept and inspection of the product a full refund will be processed via the Paypal account used for the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 days for Paypal to process the refund
Under our 3Monkeys eBay Refund Policy, you have 7 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.
All new products are supplied with the manufacturers stand warranty that is for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. If your product develops a fault within the first 28 days of receipt then please contact 3monkeys by emailing via My eBay. After 28 days you will need to contact the manufacturer directly as shown in the products manual. The manufacturer directly is best placed to arrange repair of their faulty product direct with you without the need to come via 3monkeys.
Faulty products within 28 days
If the item has developed a fault please firstly please accept our appologies and contact our customer service team via My eBay who will look to rectify the problem swiftly. We will offer the following solutions for you to choose from
An advance replacement product. We will ship out a replacement product (stock permitting) and also collect the faulty product. If we do not have stock of the item purchased an alternative replacement may be offered, if the price is different this will be advised by our customer service team who will advise if additional payment required or partial refund amount.
Collection and Refund. We will arrange to collect the product and upon receipt at our facility in Swansea, we will inspect and then issue a full refund. Please allow 2 working days for the product to be returned to us and upto 5 days for Paypal to process the refund.
Collection and Repair If we are unable to replace the item but you would still like to keep the item we can arrange collection and attempt to repair the product. We cannot guarantee that we can repair all faults but our repair centre is recognized as the UK's leading repair centre. We will issue a returns form that will ned to be completed and included with the returned product. Please allow up to 28 days for the repair to be completed and returned.
Faulty Product after 28 days
If the item has developed a fault please contact the manufacturer support directly as shown in the manual supplied with the product. The manufacturer is best placed to arrange repair of their faulty product direct with you without the need to come via 3monkeys. If you do experience any problems with contacting the manufacturer then please contact the 3monkeys team by emailing via My eBay they will be able to help with any issues.
Returns of Faulty product
Please do not send any returns to 3monkeys without obtaining returns documentation. Returns documentation will be issued in the event of a product requiring to be returned to 3monkeys. Please contact our team by emailing via My eBay who will issue you with the appropriate returns documents. If your product is being returned to us for repair then please allow up to 28 days. The buyer is responsible for the cost to send product back to 3monkeys over 28 days after receipt of the product. The buyer is responsible to ensure the product is adequately packaged and you may wish to insure the product with the courier/post office you select. 3monkeys cannot be held responsible for any product received damaged. If a damaged item is received we will notify you as this will no longer be covered under our warranty, you will be able to arrange collection of the damaged product at your costs.

Incorrect Item or Description
In the unlikely event of an item being miss-picked or the listing detail or description being incorrect, firstly please accept our apologies, we will look to rectify this as quickly as we possibly can. At the first instance please contact us via My eBay we will offer the following solutions
- Correct or replacement item to be sent out with collection of the incorrect item.
- Collection and issue of a full refund upon receipt and inspection at our Swansea facility, please allow 2 working days for the item to be returned to us and up-to 5 working days for Paypal to process the refund.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded. It will then be the buyers responsibility to arrange to collect the product or pay for shipping costs for the product to be returned.
