Q-How do I know if the product is New or Refurbished?
A-Each product listing will clearly state if the product is new or refurbished on the subtitle listing and also within listing itself.

Q-What is Refurbished
A-Products are returned to retailers for various reasons these include change of mind, incorrect item picked, unwanted gift or the product may have developed a fault. All products are fully inspected by our dedicated refurbishment centre that with any repairs also carried out at the same time. The products are fully tested, cleaned, bagged and boxed in either the original packaging or substituted for appropriate packaging. Even if supplied in original packaging this may be marked and alternative packaging material maybe used for internal packaging.

Payment

Q-How do I pay for an item?
A-Payment is only accepted via Paypal. We do not accept cash, cheque, debit or credit cards, postal orders, bank transfer or any other payment method. We will only deliver to the Paypal supplied delivery address so please ensure the correct address in selected in Paypal.

Q-When do I have to pay for my item/s?
A-All Buy It Now items require immediate payment, auction items require payment within 3 days.

Q-How do I know that you have received my payment?
A-As soon as payment is received an automated email will be sent advising we have received payment, this will only be sent once payment has been authorised by Paypal. If payment is made using eCheque this can take Paypal 7-10 days to clear payment.

 

Q-How long do deliveries take?
A-Once we receive payment goods are normally dispatched by the next working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If the item is sent out via courier this is normally delivered the next working day, some areas are 2 working days. Items dispatched via Royal Mail please allow up-to 5 days for delivery.

Q-How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
A-Once the item has been picked and packed an automated email will be sent detailing your order and also showing tracking details (if sent via courier). This link can then be clicked on and it will take you straight through to the parcel couriers tracking service.

Q-Do you deliver outside the UK?
A-Sorry at this stage we only deliver to UK mainland address's and do not sell outside the UK.

Returns:

Q- How long do I have to return my product?
A - Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via email to the 3Monkeys eBay Team.

Under our 3Monkeys eBay Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product* to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted**. Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. If trying on items with health or hygiene sensitivities, such as underwear or swimming costumes, please do so over other clothes. In the case of goods such as earrings, body jewellery & personal grooming products that have hygiene seals, you must exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals when examining them. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund

PLEASE NOTE that console computer games are NOT considered in a resalable condition if their seal is broken. Therefore we are not able to refund or exchange opened computer games.

Faulty products within 28 days

An advance replacement product. We will ship out a replacement product (stock permitting) and also collect the faulty product. If we do not have stock of the item purchased an alternative replacement may be offered, if the price is different this will be advised by our customer service team who will advise if additional payment required or partial refund amount.

Collection and Refund. We will arrange to collect the product and upon receipt at our facility in Swansea, we will inspect and then issue a full refund. Please allow 2 working days for the product to be returned to us and upto 5 days for Paypal to process the refund.

Collection and Repair If we are unable to replace the item but you would still like to keep the item we can arrange collection and attempt to repair the product. We cannot guarantee that we can repair all faults but our repair centre is recognized as the UK'sleading repair centre. We will issue a returns form that will need to be included with the returned product. Please allow upto 28 days for the repair to be completed and returned to you, most repairs are completed within 2 weeks.

**This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
