We do accept Paypal but would appreciate payment over the phone on 01473 811767. Our phone lines are open for payments from 10am till 5pm Mon-Fri. We accept all types of credit/debit card .
We accept Paypal and we have a verified Paypal account to enable you to pay in complete safety using Paypal’s secure online payment facility.
We accept cheques, bankers draft and postal orders, made payable to 2xcite Ltd, and sent to 2xcite Ltd, P O Box 600, Ipswich, IP4 5ZQ.
All cheques take 5 working days to clear, no exceptions, whereas items paid for by postal order or bankers draft will be dispatched on the day of receipt. Please ensure you include with your payment your address and the item number of the item you have bought.
Some sellers charge buyers for accepting their payment but we do not charge any surcharges or extra monies for any payment service you choose. It is free to use any service of payment to 2xcite Ltd.
To prevent internet fraud, we can only ship to the billing address of your credit card. If you need us to ship to a different address, then please send us a physical money order or cheque indicating the shipping address desired. All Paypal payments must be from confirmed addresses.
Payment must be received within 5 days of auction close or buy-it now. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 10 days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction or buy-it-now.
