If you wish to return any purchase you must Email us using the Ebay messaging system & make a return request. Your are required to complete & forward any manufacturor warranty cards to the required address if included with your purchase UNWANTED ITEMS. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving your purchase that you wish to return.Item must be returned within 21 days 1.Return postage is the buyers responsibility. 2.Item must be,unused,unopened,all seals intact & showing no signs of damage or use.All original packaging,user manuals,must be intact. FAULTY ITEMS. 1.Any purchases which you deem to be faulty on delivery must be returned for examination within 14 days of receipt of the item 2.If found faulty return postage will be refunded. 3.Dead on Arrival items will be replaced or refunded. 4.In absence of any Manufacturors warranty all new items are guaranteed by us for a minimum of 60 days(excluding accidental,deliberate or liquid damage),fauly items may be returned for replacment or repair at our discretion.In the case of a Manufacturor warranty their procedures must be followed.We are not responsible for any Manufacturor warranty. ORIGINAL ITEM The return must be the original item.Be aware we log all serial numbers,part numbers etc of all items or security mark them before dispatch,any returns must be the identical item you received.
