unwanted
We understand
that on some occasions you may need to return an item that you no longer want
or need for various reasons.Please note, for Unwanted items, any returns costs
will be deducted from your final refund. These are be calculated at 10% of item
value. (minimum charge of £3.95 applies up to a maximum of £25.)

Conditions
• Items
must be returned to us within 7 days and be in a completely resalable condition
and remain unopened and unused

All items must be returned to us with a completed returns form.
•
Items must be in their original packaging and be returned with any
manuals or accessories
•
Unfortunately return costs as well as your original shipping costs can
not be refunded.
• If
you choose to use another courier company please make sure that it is a
recorded and insured service
Please Note
If the item was
originally delivered via a courier then we may be able to arrange collection of
the item at a cost of £10 - £40. This will be deducted from your final refund
amount. To arrange a convenient collection date please email us. We can only
arrange collection if the item was originally delivered via a courier. We can
not arrange collection for items delivered by Royal Mail.
Once we have
received your item, we will email you confirmation and details of your refund.
My item is
damaged
We are very sorry
that your item is damaged. Our systems are designed to eliminate such issues,
but it is clear we have failed to deliver your goods as expected on this
occasion.
Please read the

Conditions
• If
your product is manufactured by Salter, Homedics or Kitchen Craft or contains
broken glass, please email your order number and contact details so that our
Customer Services Team can advise you how to proceed. We aim to respond to all
queries within 1 business day, but pride ourselves on responding normally well
within this time.
• If
your item is manufactured by any other company then please return the item with
the form as mentioned.

All items must be returned to us with a completed returns form.
• We
ask that damaged items are returned to us within 7 days. Please make sure that
the item still has its original packaging, accompanied by any accessories and
manuals supplied with the product, otherwise this will delay replacements and
refunds being processed.
• If
your item was delivered by courier then we can arrange an exchange or
collection. Please email us and include your order number and contact details
so we can arrange a convenient collection date. Please note that this ONLY
applies if your item was delivered by courier. Currently, we can not arrange
collection for any items sent via Royal Mail, although we are working to
introduce this option in the future.

specified

faulty

that your item has arrived Faulty. Our systems are designed to eliminate such
issues, but it is clear we have failed to deliver your goods as expected on
this occasion. Please read the following conditions carefully before returning
your item(s).

Within 28 days
•
The item must be returned to us within 7 days of developing a fault
•
All items must be returned to us with a completed returns form.
•
Items must be in their original packaging and be returned with any
manuals or accessories
• If
your item was delivered by a courier then we can arrange a collection. Please
contact us to arrange a convenient date.
Over 28
days
If the time you
have been in possession of the item has exceeded 28 days you will need to
contact the manufacturer. They will advise you on the best course of action. If
the manufacturer confirms that the item needs to be returned to us, please
obtain an RMA/RETURNS reference from them. It is also a good idea to take note
of the persons name your spoke to including their employee identification
number or call reference as we can not process your return without verifying
the returns request. Please also be aware that we can not refund any costs
associated with returning the item if it is out of the 28 day window.
Please Note
If your item was
delivered by a courier then we can arrange a collection. Please contact us to
arrange a convenient date. If the fault has occurred outside 28 days
there will be a charge.
If your product
is manufactured by Salter or Homedics, please send us full details of the fault
along with your order and contact information and a member of our customer
service team will be in contact to advise you on how to proceed.
Once we have
received your item it will undergo testing to find the cause of the fault. We
will then email you confirmation and details of your replacement. We try our
hardest to ensure that faulty items are replaced quickly with minimum fuss.
