We cannot
control products which have a manufacturers fault but we will honour our
terms and conditions and replace any faulty items.
If you feel
there might be a problem, please feel free to inform us - after all we're
only human, mistakes can happen!

prefer to be contacted with any problems you might have with any of our
products before leaving Feedback (Please give us a chance to solve any

Items - Returns |
| We offer a
14 day money back guarantee.
If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price
of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition,
together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of
the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods.
You must take
reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible
for the shipping costs to return the item back to us. We cannot accept
responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise
you take out postal insurance. To cancel your order you must advise us
by email or in writing.

| Car
Wheel Trims |
| All
of the Car Wheel Trim sets that we sell are supplied from the manufacturer
as a universal fit. This means that they should fit all standard car wheels
but they do not supply a list of exactly which makes and models that they
will fit. They will fit around 99% of the cars on the road but if your
car does not have standard wheels they may not fit. Please note: wheel
trims are not designed to fit cars with Alloy Wheels, they are designed
as replacements for steel wheels that have originally had wheel trims
fitted.
If you buy
a set and find that they do not fit you can return them to us as long
as they are in "as new" condition, in their original packaging
and are suitable for re-sell. Please note: you will be responsible for
any postage costs incurred when sending them back to us.
Please also
check that you are buying the correct size of wheel trims before purchase.
Tyres will be marked with an "R" followed buy a number, such
as "13", on the sidewall. This will indicate that the wheels
are 13". If you buy the wrong size you can exchange them for the
correct size, if we have them in stock. In this case you will be responsible
for any postage costs incurred when sending them back to us. |

endeavor to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid / buying
amount at our discretion. All returns must be in their original packaging.

accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so

| Warranty |

Please note:
all warranty periods will begin on the original date of purchase (this
will be shown on the invoice sent with the item bought). Please keep the
original invoice as proof of purchase.
Hand Tools:
are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or
workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the
hire trade or commercial trade) from the invoice date. Certain tools have
consumable parts which are not included in the guarantee, but generally
replacement parts for these are available and may be purchased from us.
Power Tools
& Air Tools are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty
materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools
used in the hire trade or commercial trade) from the invoice date.
Watches: are
covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship
for twelve months. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from
accidental damage or misuse of the watch, and is automatically lost if
the watch is opened by non qualified or unauthorised people. Straps, glass
and batteries are not covered under the guarantee
All other
products: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials
or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in
the hire trade) from the invoice date.
If we cannot
repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification.
In order to
process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice which
will act as your receipt of purchase.
