24/7 Electric use Interlink Express to ship our parcels on a "Next Business Day by 3pm" service. Although this service is more expensive than the standard Royal Mail "Guaranteed Next Day Delivery" option we are able to fully utilise their notification and tracking facilities giving you, the customer, complete control and peace of mind that your item will arrive safely and on time.
Upon receipt of your order we will first ensure that payment has cleared. This can be achieved in one of several ways - please see our Payment Processing section for more information. Your item(s) will then be picked from our warehouse and packaged as neccessary - usually in a separate, brown, outer box to ensure safe arrival. Your details are then given to Interlink Express for delivery purposes and an Interlink Consignment Number is generated. This number can be tracked on their website at http://www.interlinkexpress.com/tracking/index.jsp. We then mark your item as "Dispatched" on eBay and you will receive an eBay notification e-mail looking like this:
"We have dispatched the following item to you using Interlink Express.
Item title: Web Address: Item number: Buyer User ID: Seller User ID: Total:
You can track your item on Interlink's website at http://www.interlinkexpress.com/tracking/index.jsp. Once your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave feedback for me. I will do the same for you.
Thank you again!"
In addition to eBay's Dispatch e-mail you will receive the following e-mails from Interlink Express notifying you of the progress of your parcel, the first one the day that your parcel is out for delivery:
"Your order is out for delivery today and will be delivered before 3pm
Please remember that someone will need to be available to sign for the goods at:
(Your address)
The consignment number for the despatch is 9999999999 and progress may be tracked online by clicking here.
Should you be unavailable to take delivery or for any queries regarding the delivery please contact your local Interlink Express depot quoting the above consignment number.

All orders received before 3pm are dispatched immediately for next business day delivery. Orders received after this time are dispatched the following business day.
Please note that all of our delivery charges are for MAINLAND UK only. Should you require a quote for Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight or any Scottish Islands please contact us directly. We understand that these charges can sometimes be quite high so we are more than happy for you to arrange your own courier to collect your item. In addition we do not ship outside of the UK therefore please don't ask for delivery charges for the Channel Islands or Europe. |
