Deliveries:

Cancellations:

Returns:
If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please send eBay user id and listing no. / party plan order no with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid. Upon receipt and inspection if a refund is requested your Paypal account or for party plan orders your card will be promptly credited less initial postage charge and £1.00 re stocking fee. Return postage to be paid by buyer.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Repack the order in its original packaging, if possible, with the listing no & user name for eBay orders and the order no & your name for party plan orders along with a message explaining your reasons for the return and your requirements (We will not be able to match the return to the original order without this information) so please remember to include your order details with the return.
