Parcel was not delivered to me, it was left in communal hall. When I contacted the seller they told me a refund was not possible and tried to argue with me that it was delivered directly to me.

The tracking number clearly shows that the package has been delivered, and the buyer has been requesting a refund. In order to obtain the package for free, the buyer fabricated an excuse that they did not receive the package, which is unacceptable.
