Our 7 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or the product received; you can return the item back to us in its original condition, providing we have been informed of the return within the first 7 days of purchase. Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us, also note any refund provided will be minus admin fees. When returning an unwanted product(s) back to us; please send a copy of the order with a brief note highlighting the reason for return.

We try our best to send all goods in the most securable way to avoid any damages, however in the event of receiving damaged goods - all customers must notify us with 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will send you a replacement ASAP.
