Listed below are our terms and conditions for 1st-Harrison Ltd. We presume by buying items that we sell you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
We hope that you never have a problem with any of our goods. We sell only good quality items and all our goods are brand new we never sell anything second hand.
Payment.
We expect payment to be made within 7 days of auction end. If you do have problems paying please let us know. If we do not hear from you within 7 days we will resell the item and report the item as unpaid. We accept paypal, cheques, postal orders and bank transfers.
Postage Costs.
Are included in the description.
Courier Costs.
Some of our goods are sent by courier. We use Fedex most of the time. They are very reliable and helpful. Costs are usually found within the item decription. There is usually an extra charge outwith the UK. Please ask for extra costs if they are not listed.
Please let me know if your item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 3 working days. I can chase the courier and will always assist with any claims.
Feedback.
We will always leave appropriate feedback once the tranaction is complete. The transaction is complete once you are happy with your goods.
Please email us if you have any problems before leaving feedback. We will assist in whichever way we can.
Return policy
Items must be returned in the original condition.
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are at your cost. We will not refund the return shipping costs unless there is a manufacturing fault or error on our part.
We don't very often have to refund or replace but we will sort out any problems as quickly as we can. As you can see from our feedback we give good customer service.
