Delivery Charges
Please note that all postage costs given are for mainland UK customers.
A delivery surcharge will be added to the cost of delivery to the following areas:
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, including the following Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly. Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25.
If you want delivery to these areas then please contact me before making a purchase to get the actual cost of delivery.
We can also post items to Europe but postage costs will be much higher. If you want delivery to Europe then please contact me before making a purchase to get the actual cost of delivery.
Delivery Times
If you are paying by Paypal then your order Will normally be dispatched out the same day if bought before 1:00 pm. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery unless you have paid for Express 24-hour Next Day delivery.
If you have paid by cheque, then your order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared into our account. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear from the moment that we receive your cheque in the post.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase then we will give you a refund but please note that we do not refund delivery charges and you will have to pay for return postage. You will receive a refund once the items have been received by us at our warehouse. We recommend that you send any returns using a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.
If you need to return an item, then please contact me to let me know that you are returning your order.
