Warranty and customer guarantee

We can guarantee to customers that all our products meet CE and RoHS compliance.

We offer a 12 month replacement warranty on all mains connection LEDs, i.e. all 220-240v LED bulbs, ceiling lights or LED drivers/transformers. All of our LEDs have a 30,000 to 100,000 hour life expectancy but this is not guaranteed. We do however, offer a 12 month replacement warranty on all our LED products although conditions do apply with some 12v LEDs Please check our LED pages for further info.

We cannot offer the same warranty for our 12v LED products (this does not apply to auto LEDs & LEDs used in motor homes). We will only replace 12v LED bulbs such as G4, MR11 & MR16 if the customer can prove they have used a sufficient LED driver or transformer specifically designed for use with 12v LEDs in the home or commercial premises. Traditional transformers can kill LEDs even causing them to melt or smoke a little so please be aware of this before making purchase. Any queries please contact us.
