UK Item not arrived?
If for any reason your item has not arrived within the normal timescale for the mail service chosen in the UK, then please allow 15 working days before contacting us. Please note - We have to abide by Royal Mails policies at all times. Royal Mail state that they will not class an item sent through 1st and 2nd Class Post as delayed lost or stolen until 15 working days has expired. Because of this we cannot make a claim with Royal Mail until this timescale has passed. We will then send out a Royal Mail claim form which must be returned to us at the buyers expense so we can make a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. We will then resend your item once the claim has been processed by us, usually within 24 hours of receipt of the Royal Mail claim form. If you do not wish to abide by these policies then please do not bid on our items to avoid any dissapointment.

We do realise it can be frustrating when you have paid for an item and it has not arrived in the timescale you thought it would. It is as much frustrating for us also, but we are pleased to say that it is very rare for our items to be lost or delayed. Royal Mail do offer a genuinely good service but items can be delayed so we ask sincerely for our customers patience when these rare occasions do occur. UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Outer Islands
Royal Mail is our preferred postal service although we do also use various couriers. We send all our items out next working day. We do try to post everything out before 3pm each day although this cannot be guaranteed. We do try our best and 99.99% of our mail is dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. We do endeavour to dispatch all our items next day and items usually arrive within 2-3 days for mainland UK, 5-7 days for remote postal codes. For Europe and Worldwide items, Royal Mail do have a policy of allowing up to 25 working days before they will class an item as lost or stolen. We do currently have a very high success rate of 3-5 days for mainland Europe and for the rest of the World the timescale can vary depending which country you reside in.
For heavier items over 2kg we tend to use selected couriers. For restricted postcode areas such as Northern Ireland, Highlands and Outer islands we ask our customers to select the relevant postal costs when purchasing heavier items from us. For smaller items we use normal post and no extra costs are incurred to these areas. If mistakes are made when making payment or if we have failed to add relevant postal costs to the listing we will contact the buyer within 24 hours to advise correct postal costs.
Worldwide and Europe
We state in our listings which countries we post to. If for any reason your country is not listed then please contact us before purchase so we can quote postal costs. Some of our heavier items can only be posted to mainland Europe. Any restricted postal areas such as Malta and the Canary Islands extra postal costs will be incurred when sent to these areas. For Australia, items which can be posted here will be stated in the listing postal prices. We do try to state actual postal costs as stated by the courier or Royal Mail. From January 2011 all items sent outside of the UK will be sent international signed for due to too many items being lost through normal post in Europe. There is a £3.50 fee for signature then postal costs are added. We apologise for this added fee but it usually ensures safe delivery within 3-5 working days.
Returns Policy
We will only accept returns for an item purchased from us if it is returned within 7 days of receipt. Under any circumstances all postal costs must be met by the purchaser for any reason when returning an item. If a wrong item is sent (which is very rare) then we will refund all postal costs and resend your correct item. Our return address is stated below.
If you the customer decides you no longer want our item then we will refund your payment less all initial sending postal costs incurred if the item is returned to us within 7 working days of receipt or at least arrangement has been made for return of your item. This will include Royal Mail or selected couriers costs and any packaging costs used such as padded envelopes etc. We will only charge actual costs of sending stated by Royal Mail or our selected courier at the date of purchase. All items must be returned in the condition as received i.e. undamaged packaging or we will charge a 25% restocking charge. Please take this into consideration when purchasing to avoid disapointment.
