- Domestic payment (within Australia): - Direct bank deposit is our PREFERRED payment method into our Australian bank account as displayed above.
Please proceed to checkout by (covering Internet Banking or payment over bank counter) and ONLY use your eBay User-ID or eBay sales order number ##### that will be emailed to you upon purchase. Use last few digits of eBay Item Number if you are unable to use alphabet. This is to avoid payee misidentification for multiple buyers paying for the same eBay item number with multiple items. - Money order is also our PREFERRED payment method.
- Bank cheque and Personal cheque are also accepted. However fund must clear into our bank account before product can be shipped. For bank or personal cheque, it may take up to 5 business days before the fund will clear. Please check with your bank for more detail.
- PayPal is accepted but is NOT our preferred payment method.
- International payment (All worldwide destinations): - PayPal is accepted and is our PREFERRED for overseas buyers. However in general we do not accept payment from Unverified or Unregistered PayPal Account, and we may hold on to your item until your PayPal account is fully verified before we can ship.
** NOTE: Due to increasing PayPal account theft, we are following PayPal's 48 to 72 work hours payment security clearance before your parcel is being shipped. This is to avoid stolen PayPal accounts being used for payment not belonging to the original account owner and ship to alternate address. We hope all our customers can appreciate and understand this. - Direct bank wire transfer is accepted into our bank account as displayed above (Note the extra SWIFT Code). We are not responsible for bank transaction fees that banks on either side may charge you to use the electronic service on top of the total checkout amount. In general a AU$10 charge will incur to cover for our local bank fees. This will insure we will receive exactly the total checkout amount.

| Shipping Policy |
Shipping cost varies based on overall weight and dimension of parcel, whichever is higher. The stated flat rate eBay Shipping and Handling fee in general consists of the postage cost, registered post label cost, packaging material cost, transaction handling fee and last but not least the labor cost to arrange all these together for you in one transaction. Our visits to Australia Post Office are everyday around 12:00 noon. If you have an URGENT requirement, please call us by PHONE to see if your item can be shipped out the same day outside these period, additional charge may apply. For multiple items purchase, discount for eBay Postage and Handling fee is already specified and provided for each additional items to be combined into one shipment. Please check the "Postage and payments" tab next to the "Description" tab. - Request for address change: - Address change request is NOT possible and is NOT permitted after the parcel has been scheduled for shipping. When possible, $5 fee will apply for each address change request to cover our administrative cost.
- Self-pickup or Self-collect service: - We currently DO NOT offer self-pickup or self-collect service for transactions completed on eBay.

This is our PREFERRED shipping method to send parcels locally. - Australia Post - Cash On Delivery (COD): Alternate insured delivery service. Please add Australia Post COD fee of AU$10.90 on top of eBay stated Registered Post OR Courier fee.
- Pay nothing upfront if you have eBay feedback score of more than >10 with no past unpaid item strike, otherwise you need to transfer the total postage and handling + COD fee amount to our bank account first before we can ship the item out using COD. You then pay the remaining balance of the item amount when you collect the item from your local Post Office.
- Australia Post - Express Post: Next day delivery service to all major cities. Insurance cover is not available and maximum cover entitled from Express Post for parcel not being delivered is AU$50.
- Australia Post Express Post Platinum:
Carrier guaranteed next business day delivery service to all major cities, for the most urgent delivery contracted by Australian Air Express. Please add AU$6 on top of the eBay stated Registered postage and handling fee. - Express Courier Delivery: For expensive or heavy articles we are offering courier delivery service to area outside of Sydney Metropolitan, direct ship by Australian Air Express
, DHL Express or StarTrack Express .
For Sydney metropolitan areas, we may choose to upgrade your delivery using local courier service or via internal staff delivery service for speed and at no extra charge to you for express and secure same day delivery. This is especially necessary during peak mailing season to avoid parcel delay and parcel lost by Australia Post. We do need your physical address and contact phone number as courier service could not deliver to PO BOX Address. They will call you to arrange a delivery time either during business hours (9am to 5pm) for business address or after hours (6pm to 9pm) for residential address. - International shipping (All worldwide destinations, excluding countries where insurance cover is not available): - Australia Post - Airmail Parcel Post (Insured Only):

| Parcel Tracking Policy |
- We usually ship the next business day upon receiving your cleared payment. We will email you if there is any unforeseeable delay.
- A Shipping Consignment Number / Tracking Number email notification will be emailed through eBay Messaging to all customers after shipment. Please kindly check your eBay Messaging - InBox for our shipping information email. Our system does not update eBay shipping status for delivery indication. Please make sure you do not have Anti-Spam settings blocking eBay's email to you, otherwise check your junk/spam subfolder.
- For domestic Australia Post delivery, please allow the Registered/Express parcels to arrive and to be scanned at your destination PO distribution center before you can track it online.

We will keep you informed of any progress provided by Australia Post. Carrier's searching process may take some time to complete. Any item insured against damage or loss and after it is confirmed loss by Australia Post, we will issue a replacement (or equivalent) product if in stock or we will provide a Full Refund including postage and handling fee if the product is no longer in stock.

| Warranty and Returns (RMA) Policy |
- All new products (excluding software) carry a standard 1 year warranty (unless otherwise explicitly extended) concurrently running with manufacturer's warranty. Remaining warranty will need to be claimed with each respective brand manufacturers. Some manufacturers (eg. Belkin, LaCie, Plantronics, SanDisk, Siemens, Wacom ...) provide warranty directly to end users so please contact each respective manufacturers for support and warranty cover.
- Due to sensitive nature of the software serial key, software products return are NOT ACCEPTED for vendors such as Adobe, Corel, Microsoft, VMWare....
- We offer a standard product return/exchange (excluding software) within 7 days of receipt for product that is unopened, unused and must be in pristine original condition as it was shipped to you. Once the product seal is broken and your finger print is on the product, return/exchange is NO LONGER possible and standard product warranty will apply.
- Under any circumstances, postage and handling fee is Non-Refundable. In some circumstances, we may reimburse your return shipping fee if we have recognized it is our mistake. However you must return ONLY using Australia Registered Post service for our reimbursement. You are welcome to use other services to return, but we will NOT be able to cover and to sponsor for delivery services such as Regular Post, Express Post and Courier.
- A valid RMA number must be obtained before you send the product back to us under warranty. If you return the product without a valid RMA number, your parcel will be rejected and be shipped back to you at your own cost.
- For faulty item within warranty period, we as a seller (or product distributor or product manufacturer) will cover for outbound shipping and buyers cover for return shipping. A replacement (or equivalent) product will be issued if in stock, otherwise a refund at market distribution price will be provided (The price trend will usually be lower after a period of time).
- A restocking fee of 20% will apply covering all refund and exchange situations such as change of mind, purchased incompatible product, product exchange including upgrade/downgrade, etc, etc.
- Refund is only available after returning goods is received, original and working condition is determined all must be returned within 14 days of purchase. If you have had the product for over 14 days, refund will no longer be available and standard warranty applies.
- For product with Free Shipping option is only valid while the transaction is being fully paid. If return authorization is required, the Free Shipping option is void and original shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded less the restocking fee.
