If you require a different size or wish to be refunded then please return the item/items to the address on your invoice. Please also include a copy of the invoice along with a note to say what you would like.
Unfortunately we cannot cover your postage costs for returned items. If you require an alternative size/colour sending back to you then we have a Standard Return Postage Fee of £2.95 to anywhere within the UK. Payment can be made by sending a cheque/postal order made payable to '100% cotton shop', alternatively you can pay by PayPal using our email address. We aim to Process all Returns as quickly as possible.
Q. I have changed my mind and would like a refund. A. That is OK, please return your item/items to the address on your invoice, please state that you require a refund, once we have received your item/items back safely then we will process your refund as quickly as possible and will refund back to the original form of payment that you used.
Q. What if my item/items are faulty? A. If you find that your item/items are faulty please contact us straight away, we will either replace your item/items or offer you a Full Refund including your return postage costs.
