ReturnsWrong Item - Buyers Mistake
If you purchase an item and find that you have not read the item description correctly eg. wrong size, wrong colour, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt, but you must contact us within 7 days to bring up a returns request. However, a 15% handling charge will also be deducted from your refunded item cost. This is due to handling charges, ebay listing fees and final value fees. Postage costs are also NOT refunded under these conditions! Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your choice and you wish to exchange your item for another item from our selection, we will deduct 15% off the selling price of the item you are returning (to cover handling costs) and we will charge an extra £2.49 to cover the costs of posting the new item out. If the new item has a price difference we will request the extra through PayPal. Postage costs are also NOT refunded under these conditions! Faulty ItemsIf you receive an item that is faulty please message us stating the problem. We will try to resolve your issues asap and do our best to help. If you are returning an item that is faulty, you will be refunded once we receive the item back to our offices.
When returning an item, please send it via Royal Mail 1st Class, (Not Special Delivery or Next Day) and ensure you send the item back the way you received the item. We will offer to refund you or offer to send out another item in its place. Please ensure that we have agreed to accept the return before returning the item so we can resolve your issue asap.
