 Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
  A: FedEx and USPS are my only used shippers. If you see an item showing UPS as the shipping carrier I will be using FedEx instead. Don't worry. the estimated shipping expense will still be accurate with fedEx.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: All returns must be in original packaging with part number labels intact. Buyer ordering errors must be sent back at buyer’s expense for credit. Shipping will not be reimbursed for buyer errors. Please allow 7-10 business days for all credits to clear once items reach our warehouse for credit. Non-Paypal payments will be refunded by check.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: I will combine shipping whenever it is possible. Some items are too large to combine shipping. Please contact us during your transaction to see if combined shipping will be allowed with your purchase.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: While FedEx and USPS show an estimated time of arrival for shipments not every order is processed and shipped the same day. Our staff is always working hard to ship your item to you in the fastest way possible. Most orders are shipped within one business day after payment is received.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: I have included in each of my listings an estimated freight calculator. According to your zip code or postal code this option will inform you ahead of time what the shipping charges will be. When multiple carriers are offered you will see all estimates and time frames so you can make a better informed decision on buying and shipping.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: I will ship internationally on most of my items. If my listing does not offer an international shipment, please contact me directly and I will see if we can work something out. My bottom line goal is to make a satisfied transaction with you. All international shipments require a telephone number. Please include it with your payment.
 Q: How can I pay with a Credit Card?
  A: In order to ensure proper billing to credit cards we request a copy of the card be emailed or faxed with your driver's license. Shipment will be to the address on the credit card holder's license. Another way to use your credit card is to add that card to your Paypal account and pay for your purchase with Paypal.
 Q: Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
  A: After the item ships you will receive an email with the tracking number.
 Q: I have a unique situation. How can I speak with someone over the phone to get an answer?
  A: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm est. You can reach us at 248-292-2123. Leave a detailed message and we will return your call as quickly as we can.  Q: I need it now. Do you offer Express shipping?
  A: We can usually offer an overnight or second day shipping option for an additional cost. However, not all of our items are stocked in the same location. You can email us at dknox@penskeautomotive.com and request expedited service. We will let you know if it is possible for your particular purchase.

  A: Great question. But look closer. Many eBayers offer a small sale price and then whack you with a large shipping charge. We offer true shipping rates from our door to yours. Most items will ship within a day of payment. That means you can enjoy your purchase sooner. These are two very good reasons why you should buy from Honda Bloomfield.
 Q: What does OEM mean? It is in most of your listings.
  A: OEM stands for 'Original Equipment Manufacturer'. This means that the item was specifically designed and built for your Honda. Some sellers say they are selling you a 'factory part'. SURPRISE. Every part is built in a factory. But was the same quality and workmanship put into that part as was put into the Honda OEM part? OEM means QUALITY!!!!
 Q: Will my purchase be insured when it is shipped?
  A: FedEx insures all packages up to $100 for no additional charge. You can purchase additional insurance if you feel the need to. Remember: I cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items if insurance is not purchased.
