I paid for the cushion on the 7th February. I kept my eye open for any news on delivery and heard nothing. I sent a few messages with no response so decided to cancel the order. The cushion was just what I was looking for but felt let down by lack of any response to my messages. Such a shame.

I was disappointed about the time it was taking to arrive, plus no contact from the seller since purchase .which had shown the item as in stock ...I contacted the seller who apologized and told me it was a pre order! Having said that , the customer service i received over this was excellent , it was posted out first class the same day as i contacted her . Quality and workmanship also excellent , worth the wait ..... Thank you
