Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item to me within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Before returning the goods you must notify me by ebay message and you will be responsible for the return postage costs. Returned items must be in an unopened/unused condition and suitably packaged to ensure they are not damaged during transit. Recommended method of return: Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Damaged/Faulty Items
Should an item be found to be damaged/faulty you will need to send proof of damage/fault by way of a picture of the item by email or return the item to me before a refund will be made. If an item is found to be damaged/faulty upon receipt, I will refund the cost of that item and the discounted postal charge unless only one item was purchased where a full refund will be made. Should an item be found to be faulty after 7 days of receipt I will refund the cost of that item excluding postage and packing costs.
