All of our items have delivery included in the price, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund your payment in full, all you have to do is to inform us within 7 days and pay the return delivery charge
We give free fully insured delivery for all of our items to all parts of Mainland England and Wales there may be a small surcharge to Scotland please enquire elmgardenuk@aol.com
Our Courier service is a 'One Man Kerbside' service. The driver will gladly provide extra assistance where necessary but may also require additional assistance if the item is bulky and/or heavy. Insurance is provided from door to door
Please note London deliveries are on a Sunday
For shipping further a field we offer help and assistance to your own courier, or we can recommend couriers to most parts of the world
