All our Wedding Flowers are handmade to order and can take up to 14 days (21 days for international orders) from payment date. If you need your flowers more quickly then please contact us and we will prioritise your order.

Please make payment within 3 days of purchase. We accept Paypal, UK postal orders and UK cheques, however there will be a slight delay to allow for cheques to clear. For multiple purchases we will provide a discount on postage.

Are your flowers real? No, but they look real. We use only the highest quality silk & artificial flowers in our arrangements.

I have some ideas about what I want – can you create it?
Yes, contact us via email or telephone with your ideas of colours and styles, including any photographs & pictures and we will get back to you with a quote.

When will my wedding flowers arrive?
Your order will usually be dispatched within 10 workings days after payment has been received.  Delivery is then normally 1 - 3 days. Some larger orders may require additional time – you will be advised of this after payment.

I love your bouquets – can they be created in my chosen colours?
Yes, most of our wedding flowers can be created in a variety of colours. We can add feathers, diamante and organza ribbon to add your colours to any type of bouquet. Please contact us with your requirements and we can give you a quote.

My wedding is next week – can you make my flowers? Usually yes. Most items can be created within 48 hours however please contact us before you purchase. You will need to request ‘Special Delivery' to ensure your wedding flowers arrive in time for your special day!
